Three great books bundled into one fun set
These three books tell the legends of the Kasoy, Pinya, and Butiki.
An 'alamat" is a specific type of Filipino folktale that explains the origin of things. The ending can be dark, to impart a strong moral lesson to the young ones. These stories were retold from generation to generation as a way to pass on traditional Filipino values.
