Siberian Squill Bulbs

Siberian Squill - Scilla siberica

An intense cobalt blue that is hard to find in any other spring bulb. Each bulb sends up several stems carrying small bell-shaped flowers that face downwards. It is completely hardy, copes with cold snaps once in flower, and builds up into a carpet over a few seasons.

Plant 25–50 under shrubs, in grass or along a border edge, where the blue reads best in a mass. A 20cm pot takes 15–20 bulbs.

Toxic to cats and dogs if eaten.
