This nutritious milk porridge is crafted with wholemeal oatmeal, whole milk, skimmed milk, strawberry powder, and apple powder. Perfect for a snack or a bedtime meal, it features a simple recipe free from vegetable oils and added sugars (contains only naturally occurring sugars). Just add warm water for a delicious and wholesome treat.

Preparation

1. Heat 140 ml of water to approx. 40°C.
2. Add 40 g (4 heaped tbsp) milk porridge powder.
3. Mix everything well, let the porridge swell briefly and make sure it is served at the correct temperature (37°C). Bon appetit!
